The Helpline is provided courtesy of the National Parents' Council in association with the Irish Independent, Eircom and supported by the Dept. of Education & Skills. The Institute of Guidance Counsellors are employed to provide qualified guidance counsellors to give advice and support to both students and their parents. Running the Helpline on behalf of NPCpp is Jackie O'Callaghan NPCpp PRO and Helpline Coordinator Rose Tully.

The Leaving Certificate Results for 2013 will be released on Wednesday 14th August.

The Leaving Cert Helpline details are as follows,

   Wednesday:14th August 8am 7pm
        Thursday: 15th August  8am 7pm
             Friday:16th August 8am 1pm
 

The helpline for the first round CAO offers are as follows:
 
Monday 19th August 8am 7pm
Tuesday 20th August 8am 7pm
