Snapshot Survey: Junior Cycle Report

The National Parents Council Post Primary (NPCPP) is the national representative body for parents and guardians of young people in post-primary education in Ireland.

Inaugurated in 1985, the organisation assists parents and guardians, ensuring that they engage effectively within their school communities and with partners in education.

In order to ascertain the views, opinions, and experiences of parents and guardians of young people in post-primary education during the Coronavirus public health crisis, the NPCPP launched a Snapshot survey on Thursday, 16th April, closing on Wednesday, 22nd April at 5pm.

This survey followed from an announcement by the Department of Education and Skills on 10th April 2020, which related to Junior Cycle, Leaving Certificate, Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme, and Leaving Certificate Applied examinations for 2020.
