Information for Leaving Certificate Candidates 2020
Students due to complete Leaving Certificate, Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA) and Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme (LCVP) examinations in 2020 should follow the advice and guidance issued by the Department of Education and Skills. All information relating to the process for 2020, including information regarding the system for Calculated Grades, is contained online at gov.ie/leavingcertificate.
Online Portal
The online portal for candidates launched on 26 May 2020 at 10am. The portal, which allows candidates to select appropriate assessment level(s), will remain open until 28 May 2020 at 10pm. The NPCPP would encourage students to login early to this platform, to ensure there is sufficient time to complete the relevant elements.
The following items will be required to gain access to the online portal:
– Their Examination Number
– Their Personal Public Service number (PPS), which they will use to create a four-digit Personal Identification Number
– An Email address
– A Mobile phone number
